LANA LOGINOVA Biography

Svetlana (Lana) Loginova is a St Petersburg-based artist. She is renowned for painting in a realistic style. She graduated from Leningrad Art School in 1988 and continued her art education at The Russian Academy of Arts (also known as the Repin Institute of Art) and graduated in 1998 with Majors in mural and fresco painting and restoration. Her teacher is well known Russian master, Professor Mylnikov.  

Being a master of oil and pastel, her equestrian artworks are especially noteworthy. This genre is something that Lana is very passionate about and well known for. She captures her admiration for the beauty and power of these magnificent creatures.

Lana takes part in exhibitions of the Union of Russian Artists annually as well as in private exhibitions in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

She has been a member of the Russian Union of (Professional) Artists since 1998.
